    Telesales Agent to represent the company and sell our services to potential customers over the phone.

    Job Description:

    • Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information about customers needs on reservation.
    • Build a rapport with customers and increase sales.
    • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
    • Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.

    Working Conditions:

    • Working Hours from 9 :00 A.M to 5:00 P.M, Fixed Day Off Friday, with Basic salary and commission.
    Job Requirements
    • experience at least 1 year in telesales.
    • Confident, professional and excellent manner skills.
    • Selling and negotiation skills.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Selling our medical services products, and hunt new opportunities with individuals and corporates.

    • Identifying & establishing new business opportunities & maintaining long term relations with clients.
    • Search for new clients to sell our offered medical services.
    • Planning presentation appointments with prospective clients.
    • Conduct quality follow up with potential prospects
    • Keeps management informed by submitting quarterly, monthly and weekly results & reports (such as daily calls & meetings reports, weekly , monthly and quarterly work ) • Planning quarterly, monthly and weekly activities needed to meet assigned targets.
    • Maintaining detailed sales record.
    • Maintain detailed client records.
    • Recommends changes in the offered service according to client needs
    • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

    Qualifications and Requirments
    - Bsc. of Pharmacy , Business, Commerce  Hard-worker, good English language, presentable, able to work in a team, good time management skills, able to learn and develop quickly, and v.good communication skills.

    - Working outdoor; car owner; Cairo resident.
